Online Order Return Policy
If you have any issues with the item(s) you have ordered online, please notify us as soon as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Once your online order delivery or pick-up is confirmed via phone or email by our Customer Service Department, no refund can be issued.
- After you sign off on the item and take it home with you, no refund of any kind can be issued. Only reselection at our store will be available, and you will be responsible for any additional delivery costs.
- At Direct Discount Furniture & Mattress, we have a no returns or exchange policy, and all sales are final.
- We sell brand-new merchandise only; therefore, we are unable to accept any furniture that has been used.
- For sanitary and health reasons, we do not bring used merchandise back into our warehouse.
- Once your invoice has been signed and/or initialed, cancellations cannot be made for any reason. Refunds are not given for any reason on any invoice.
Cancellation Fees
- With the approval of upper management, there will be a 25% cancellation fee of the entire invoice amount on all canceled orders.
Special Orders
- If a customer places a special order, the invoice must be paid in full before the merchandise can be ordered. There are no refunds on special orders.
Out of State Order Return Policy

Shipping Insurance
- For out-of-state orders, customers have the option to purchase Shipping Insurance at the current rate for their shipment. Additionally, customers may purchase a protection plan to further insure the furniture they have purchased.
User Agreement
This User Agreement (“User Agreement”), the Direct Discount Furniture & Mattress Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”), and all policies posted on our website describe the terms and conditions with which we offer you, a registered user (also referred to as “you,” “your,” or “user”), access to and use of our furniture marketplace services (collectively, “Services”). When you accept the terms and conditions of this User Agreement, you agree and acknowledge that at any time, we may modify these terms and conditions.
If we make changes, we will notify you via email and/or by posting the modified User Agreement on our website, updating the “Last Revised Date” accordingly. Your continued use of our Services following the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance and consent to any modified terms.
