Local Delivery: Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage, note it with the delivery team before they leave and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

🗓️ Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Need to reschedule? Contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery window.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
  • Order cancellations must be requested before the item is dispatched for delivery.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver upstairs or to upper floors?
Standard Drop-Off is ground floor only. Delivery + Assembly and White Glove services include upper floor placement — please mention this when scheduling.

What if I’m not home during delivery?
For scheduled services, someone 18+ must be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available, a rescheduling fee may apply.

Can I track my delivery?
Yes — you’ll receive updates via email or text once your order is dispatched. For local delivery, our team will contact you to confirm your delivery window.

What areas do you deliver to?

Do you remove old furniture?
