Delivery Options

Outdoor Drop-Off – $75

Our Outdoor Drop-Off service provides a simple and efficient way to receive your furniture. Items will be delivered to the exterior entrance of your home or building on the ground floor.

❌ Does not include assembly, demonstration, or cleanup

Indoor Drop-Off/ Room of Choice Delivery – Available in Houston Only-$99

For customers in Houston, we offer Indoor Drop-Off service. Your order will be placed just inside your front door for added convenience.

Room of Choice Delivery – $149 (Available in Hou-Texas Only)

Need your furniture placed in a specific room? Our Room of Choice Delivery allows you to have items delivered to your preferred location inside your home.

White Glove Delivery – $299 (Available Outside Houston City Limits & Louisiana Only)

For a stress-free setup, upgrade to White Glove Delivery and let us handle everything.

In-Store Pickup – Free

Prefer to pick up your furniture? We offer free pickup from our store, allowing you to collect your items at your convenience.

📦 Shipping Policy (For Orders Outside Local Delivery Radius)

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and current order volume.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Areas:

  • We currently ship across the continental United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories at this time.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on item weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

Freight Deliveries (Larger Items):

  • Some larger furniture items ship via freight carriers and require a scheduled delivery appointment.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside only unless white-glove service is requested at an additional charge.

Delivery Time Estimates:

  • Standard shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location and carrier.

  • Custom or backordered items may take longer — we’ll notify you of any delays.

Shipping Damage or Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

Third-Party Carriers:

    • We may partner with carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight companies to fulfill your order.
