3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

Delivery & Pickup

4. What delivery options do you offer?

We offer multiple delivery options:

• Outdoor Drop-Off – Free, delivered to your door.
• Indoor Drop-Off – Available in Houston only.
• Room of Choice Delivery – $149, available in Texas.
• White Glove Delivery – $299, available outside Houston city limits & Louisiana (includes full assembly).
• In-Store Pickup – Free at our warehouse.

5. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary based on location and item availability. We will contact you to schedule an appointment-based delivery.

6. Do you deliver outside of Texas?

Currently, we offer White Glove Delivery to Louisiana. For shipping to other states, please contact us for availability.

7. Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You can choose free in-store pickup at our warehouse. Once your order is ready, we will notify you for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?

All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

9. What if my furniture arrives damaged?

If your furniture arrives damaged, please document the issue with photos and contact us within 24 hours so we can resolve the problem.
