3. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Regular local and out-of-state orders may be canceled without a fee within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations require management approval and, if approved, carry a fee of 25% of the entire invoice amount. Special orders cannot be canceled once placed, including within the first 24 hours or after shipping. Contact our store directly to request cancellation.

Delivery times vary based on location and item availability. We will contact you to schedule an appointment-based delivery.

6. Do you deliver outside of Texas?

Currently, we offer White Glove Delivery to Louisiana. For shipping to other states, please contact us for availability.

7. Can I pick up my order?

Yes! You can choose free in-store pickup at our warehouse. Once your order is ready, we will notify you for pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

8. What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We accept limited returns or exchanges for damaged products or missing parts reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

9. What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Please document damage or missing parts with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so we can evaluate the issue.
